About CHRIST
CHRIST (Deemed to be University) was born out of the educational vision of St Kuriakose Elias Chavara, an educationalist and social reformer of the nineteenth century in South India. Established in 1969 as Christ College, it undertook path-breaking initiatives in Indian higher education with the introduction of innovative and modern curricula, insistence on academic discipline, imparting of Holistic Education and adoption of global higher education practices with the support of creative and dedicated staff. The University Grants Commission (UGC) of India conferred Autonomy to Christ College in 2004 and identified it as an Institution with Potential for Excellence in 2006. In 2008 under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, the Ministry of Human Resource Development of the Government of India, declared the institution a Deemed to be University, in the name and style of Christ University. One of the first institutions in India to be accredited in 1998 by the NAAC, and subsequently in 2004 and 2016, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) has the top grade ‘A’ in the 4-point scale.

CHRIST (Deemed to University) Delhi-NCR is an Off-Campus of CHRIST (Deemed to University) Bangalore. It is built in the serene and academically rich environs of the educational area of Mariam Nagar, Ghaziabad where a large part of the city is reserved primarily for open and green space adding to its calm and tranquil environment. The university is located strategically amidst the educational hub and the industrial area, providing a uniquely blended learning experience to the students. About the Conference
Incessant competition, dynamic markets, high cost pressure, continuous innovation in product and technology have radically changed the nature of work and the work environment in the organization. Today the organizations are operating in a volatile, complex, ambiguous and unpredictable environment which subsequently leads to complex and rigid organizational processes. These prevailing conditions at workplace have imposed major wellbeing and sustainable development challenges for the organizations at large. As a consequence of this, the organization survival may be at stake. growth of the organization can be ensured through upholding sustainable development.
Sustainable development is a development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. It is important for the long-term stability of the economy which can be successfully achieved by creating positive organizations.
The positive organizations are the organizations that focus on the development of flourishing and resilient workers and on building robust and sustainable organizations. Call for papers
We invite submission of high-quality papers describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, experimental and theoretical work or research in any of the themes/ sub-themes mentioned above. Submission of a manuscript implies that it is not under consideration for publication anywhere else. The following guidelines must be adhered to when submitting the papers:

Abstract Submission Guidelines
Full papers accepted for presentation would then be screened and reviewed for publication to Scopus indexed Indian Journal of Ecology (http://indianecologicalsociety.com/society/journal/). The guidelines of the journal are given below. Original research papers concerned with various fields of conference, both basic and applied, would be accepted if considered suitable by peer reviewers and the Editorial Board. It is presumed that the articles submitted for publication to Indian Journal of Ecology have not been previously and will not be simultaneously submitted and published in any other journal. Manuscripts of full papers should be prepared under the following headings: Title, Affiliation, Abstract, Introduction, Material and Methods, Results and Discussion and References. Short notes should have no headings and abstract. The manuscript should be in Times New Roman with font size 12.
Title
Title must be short and specific. The byline should comprise name(s) of author(s), complete postal address and e-mail address. Title page must also include a running title .
Abstract
Abstract must be self-explanatory and should include the objectives, methodology, important points in the results and a conclusion. It should not, in any case, exceed 200 words. The authors should also suggest up to 5 key words below the abstract.
Introduction
Introduction should be brief and include justification for undertaking the investigation and a short review of earlier work. Key references related to the work must be cited. Must be within one page. Avoid information not related to study conducted. Include 2-3 recent references.
Material and Methods
Material and Methods should be clear and concise. This section can be subtitled for clarity. Provide reference to for standard methods used.
Results
Results should be written concisely in a logical order. All data must invariably be given in metric and decimal system. Data presented in figures should not be duplicated in tables and vice versa. All figures and tables should be cited in text and should have concise and self-explanatory headings. The results should be based on statistical analysis with minimum data.
Discussion
Discussion should be oriented towards explaining the significance and implications of the results obtained and should be well connected with the previous work in this direction.
Results and Discussion
Results and Discussion section may preferably be combined to avoid repetition.
References
References should be arranged alphabetically by the name of the first author and then by the second and third authors as necessary. Scientific Periodicals should not be abbreviated. Cite the full title of journal. Citation should follow the following pattern

The citation of reference in the text should be as Dhawan and Chauchan (1985) or (Dhawan and Chauchan 1985), Sharma et al (1991) or (Sharma et al 1991) depending on composition of the sentence. Two or more than two references cited jointly should be arranged chronologically and distinguished from each other by (,) except that the word ‘and’ should be used between the last two references.
Complete scientific name of the insect with its full name of authority must be given on its first mention. The contributors must ensure the authenticity of current scientific name and authority
Illustrations should be very clear for photographic reproduction.
Line drawings and photographs should be separately grouped. Photographs should be of high quality (preferably in glossy print) with sharp details and contrasts. The publication cost of photographs will be charged separately at the prevailing market rates. Small figures should be grouped to fill a page and full-page figure should be larger than 26 x 36 cm.
Poster Presentation
● Poster boards mounted on stands will be provided with tape/pins.
● Posters must be submitted immediately upon arrival to the venue.
● Poster should consist of the title of the presentation, name of author/s, methodology, results with necessary illustrations, figures, tables, color photographs, charts.
● Common dimensions for posters are A0 (47 x 33 inches) (118cm x 84cm). Poster should be well-labeled and easy to read from a distance of one meter. Lettering should be bold. If you will be posting typed material, use a large font size (24 to 30 pt) on white, pale yellow or cream-colored non-glossy paper. Avoid use of non-standard fonts. Use 1-inch margins. Use upper and lower case letters.
● No audio-visual equipment is permitted for poster presentations.
● The soft copy of the poster should reach us by 31 October 2020.
